Most of the items listed in this bibliography are
freely
available as .PDF files. NASA
larc and NACA larc
can be used to find files from their respective agencies but I
have
found that google often returns shorter and more relevant lists than
either
of the larc servers. Just copy the file number into the
"search
criteria" box on the Google page and it will return a short list
of links. For those who may be new to search engines, this Google
link has a worked example. Unfortunately many of the files from
academic
institutions and non-USA governments are not as easy to find as the
NASA
and NACA reports.
